i keep trying to create an account, but after i enter all my details, it just keeps refreshing the same page over and over again without creating the account.

i know my username hasn't been taken because i am using a unique combination of letter and numbers

i know my email address is valid and hasn't been used by anyone else

i know my website url is valid and is not being used by anyone else

i have clicked the Terms & Cons button

i have entered the code exactly as shown.

i have even switched browsers (mozilla firefox, internet explorer, safari) to see if it would work on another browser...

i have read through this forum and it seems in the past a lot of other people have had similar problems.

can you please advise!
