IP Address Blocker

I've just seen my stalker appear in my tracking software, after creating a new account and blocking their IP.

I tested toolator by adding my own IP address to the blocklist and tried calling up my own blog. I saw my blog no problem -- it appeared as if the browser (Firefox) was attempting to call up the toolshell re-direct page but it never came into view.

WHAT'S UP!!!???

ahhhh HAH! I figured it out!

Just an FYI -- I tried blocking myself so I could test it at home and try and figure out why it was not blocking.

I went to my blog and clicked on the Toolator "link/widget" that appears on the blog home page. As I am logged in, in another window, in to blogger, it immediately took me to the code for the widget. Make sense? Took me to the edit window for the widget, as if I'd navigated through blogger dashboard.

What I saw in the code was my OLD account name. I'd changed it slightly when I created a new account so I substituted my new account name into the code and VOILA! The re-direct page to toolshell.org came right up on my blog page.

WHEW. I will now remove myself as a blocked IP but I think I can trust that my stalker will no longer be able to view.
